Terms and Conditions

These business-to-consumer Terms and Conditions of Services regulate the relationship between a supplier of a service and their consumer client. Under these terms and conditions the client is afforded a higher degree of protection as compared to a business client with terms being more favourable toward them. These terms and conditions have been recently updated and now include a "Contract Schedule", the use of which enables the terms and conditions to be easily converted into a binding agreement. The new contract schedule should be used in conjunction with the terms and conditions and cannot stand alone as a contract. The terms and conditions may still stand alone as a set of standard (often pre-contractual) terms and conditions. Alternative terms and conditions are available including a variant of this document designed for use with business (as opposed to consumer) clients. Optional phrases / clauses are enclosed in square brackets. These should be read carefully and selected so as to be compatible with one another. Unused options should be removed from the document. This document is duplicated in Service Agreements / Services Terms of Business. These Services Terms and Conditions contain the following clauses: 1. Application 2. Definitions and Interpretation 3. The Services 4. Fees 5. Payment 6. Variation and Amendments 7. Termination 8. Sub-Contracting 9. Liability 10. Force Majeure 11. Waiver 12. Severance 13. Copyright 14. Notices 15. Law and Jurisdiction and the following Schedule: 1. Service Agreement These Terms and Conditions of Services are in open format. Either enter the requisite details in the highlighted fields or adjust the wording to suit your purposes. Once you have purchased access to the appropriate document folder click on the “Download Document” button below. You will be asked what you want to do with the file. It is recommended that you save the document to a location of your choice prior to viewing.
